Privacy Policy
This page explains what data Poki2 collects, why we collect it, and how you can control your privacy choices across the Poki2 network.
This Privacy Policy describes how Poki2 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit any website in the Poki2 network, including poki2.online, play.poki2.online, azgames.poki2.online, and unblocked-games-g-plus.poki2.online.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information collected automatically
When you visit our sites, our servers and third-party analytics tools may automatically collect:
- IP address (anonymised after 90 days)
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (the page that sent you to us)
- Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Country/region (derived from IP)
This information is used in aggregate form to improve site performance and understand how visitors use our services. We do not sell this data or use it to build individual user profiles.
1.2 Information you provide voluntarily
If you submit our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. We retain contact messages for up to 24 months.
2. Cookies
We and our advertising partners use cookies — small text files stored on your device — for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for the site to function correctly (e.g., your consent preference).
- Analytics cookies: Help us count visitors and understand traffic patterns using aggregate, anonymised data.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling advertising cookies will not remove advertising from our sites, but ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.
3. Advertising
Our sites are free to use and supported by display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads appear only on surrounding page content. We do not display ads inside active game iframes, and we do not use pop-up, pop-under, or autoplay video advertising.
Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our sites or other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out page. For EEA/UK users, this is managed through our cookie consent banner.
4. Third-Party Services
Our sites embed game content from our own subdomains and from approved third-party sources. These third-party iframes may set their own cookies or use local storage; we cannot control this. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party service whose content appears on our pages.
5. Children's Privacy
Our general-audience sites (poki2.online, play.poki2.online, azgames.poki2.online) are intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Our upcoming kids.poki2.online site will be operated in compliance with COPPA and other applicable children's privacy regulations, with advertising limited to non-personalised, content-based ads.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain server log data for up to 90 days. Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months. We apply industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption across all our sites. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Ask us to delete your personal data.

7.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment the CPRA, California residents have additional rights:
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the business purpose for collection, and whether it was sold or disclosed.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information needed to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation).
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do share certain information (such as cookie identifiers) with advertising partners for personalised advertising. You may opt out of this sharing at any time through our cookie consent banner (choose “Reject All” or disable the Advertising category).
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Access to our games and content will not be affected by your privacy choices.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
To exercise California rights, email [email protected] with subject line "California Privacy Request". You may also use an authorised agent to submit requests on your behalf, provided they supply written permission from you.
7.3 EEA and UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing data is legitimate interests (analytics to improve the site) and consent (advertising cookies, collected through our cookie banner).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available on the European Data Protection Board website. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
